What's in the report?
Each row represents a file, with columns for: file path, type, size, creation date, modification date, author, page count (for PDFs), security flags, metadata summary, and risk indicators. Conditional formatting highlights files that need attention.
How to generate
- Load your folder tree into DocInspector's Reporting module
- Select which metadata fields to include
- Click Generate — the Excel file is created with formatted sheets, filters, and summary statistics
