1. Online Web Tools (Free Tier & Subscriptions)
Our browser-based document tools currently offer a free usage tier to attract and assist users, requiring no credit card or payment. Should we introduce premium online subscriptions or unified web-and-desktop license packages in the future, any paid web transaction will be fully subject to our billing and cancellation terms, whereas free tier usage remains exempt from refund claims.
2. Desktop Application: 3-Day Free Trial
To ensure DocInspector meets your workstation-grade batch processing needs before any purchase, we provide a fully functional, unrestricted 3-Day Free Trial of the desktop application. We strongly encourage all users to fully test the offline compatibility, folder structure preservation, and file formats during this trial period.
3. Refund Eligibility & Support
Since we provide a 3-day trial period, refunds on active desktop licenses are only issued in the event of confirmed technical licensing bugs or critical software execution errors that prevent you from using the application, and which our support team cannot resolve within 7 business days of being reported.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your recurring monthly or yearly desktop subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period, and no further automated renewal charges will occur.
